We, like many potential sellers, faced the daunting task of making sure we selected the best possble representation in selling what is of course our most valuable possession - our own home. Having worked within the Industry for over 30 years and been the principals of our own real estate office for over 26 years, we had an in-depth knowledge as to how the industry worked.
